Do I need to bring my own device?

Yes, please bring whatever you’d like help with — phone, tablet, or laptop. If you don’t have a device device to bring, come anyway and we’ll show you what to look for.

What if a class is full?

Seats are first-come, first-served for single class bookings, but the signup portal won't allow you to signup if there aren't seats available. Monthly members may attend any Tuesday night class — your seat is saved.

What if I can't make it to my scheduled class?

No problem. Single Class bookings can be rescheduled to a future Tuesday — Please give us 24 hours notice if possible. Monthly members can simply come the next week.

Can I cancel my monthly membership?

Yes, anytime. Your membership stays active until the end of the month you’ve already paid for, then it stops billing. No phone calls, no pressure.
